How Many Beppos is that?

A while back, I introduced the idea of having a Beppo rating system.  He may just be the hardest to please of everyone at 154, so when he compliments what I cook, I get very, VERY excited!

So, here it is, the Beppo System.  Otherwise known as the BS.  Hah hah haaa...

Its a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest score.  So...at the end of most if not all of my recipes, you will find Beppo, in all of his Royal Highness, rating the dish!

A little bit of added pressure to keep the masses happy...

Bring it, Beppo.  Bring it!
